Mr. Jun began his carrier as a Korean patent attorney in 2004. Before joining Envision Patent & Law Firm, Mr. Jun worked at law firms located in Korea and U.S. as a KR/US patent attorney.

Mr. Jun’s practice emphasizes client counseling in the areas of patent infringement and validity opinions, patent due diligence; and in KR and U.S. patent prosecution, focusing on mobile device technologies, and electronics.

On the prosecution side, Mr. Jun has successfully prosecuted patents relating to wireless communication, semiconductor, and optical devices such as LED technology. His practice also includes intellectual property counseling, including analyzing the essentiality of patented technology such as IEEE 802.11/16, and 3GPP LTE.

On the litigation side, Mr. Jun has handled patent invalidation trials before the KR Patent Office (i.e., KIPO) and Patent courts and pre-suit investigations of infringement. His litigation experiences cover various commercially important technologies, such as encryption algorithm and battery system
