Mr. Choi is a registered Korean patent attorney and partner at Envision Patent & Law Firm and has been working in a broad range of complex technologies such as mechanical engineering, bio-mechanical system, manufacturing system, optical system, robotic system, and precision control system.

Mr. Choi is responsible for all aspects of mechanical, bio-mechanical, electro-mechanical and design patent prosecution, including preparing and filing new patent applications, prior art search, amendments, interviews with Examiners, continuing applications, appeal briefs and oral hearings. Mr. Choi also has experience about the strategizing, evaluating and procuring of patents directed to various industry standards including RFID, ISO/IEC, JEDEC, SECS and IEEE 802.11e/g/n/v/z/aa/ac/af.

Mr. Choi is a former engineering researcher at SAMSUNG Electronics Co. Ltd, and has practiced in intellectual property field since 2004.
