Mr. Kim is an associate of Envision Patent & Law Firm. He practices in the areas of patent prosecution, strategic counseling, due diligence investigations, and infringement and validity studies.

 Mr. Kim has been working in a wide range of technical fields, including wireless communications, video CODEC technologies, and electronics. His practice mainly focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in wireless communications including UMTS, IEEE 802.16m/p, and 3GPP LTE/LTE-A.

His practice also involves intellectual property counseling, including analyzing the essentiality of patented technology such as IEEE 802.16m/p and 3GPP LTE/LTE-A.
