Mr. Hwang began his carrier as a Korean patent attorney in 2020. Before working in Envision Patent & Law Firm, Mr. Park worked at LEE&KWON as a KR patent attorney.

Mr. Hwang has been working in a wide range of technical fields, including wireless communications and electronics.

Mr. Hwang practice also emphasizes client counseling in the areas of patent infringement and validity opinions, patent due diligence, and in KR and US/EP/CN/JP patent prosecution, focusing on electronics and wireless communications including 3GPP 6G, 5G NR, LTE/LTE-A and IEEE 802.11 and standard essential patent (SEP)/Patent Pool, as well as design patent.
